Data Protection Officer and contact information

We have our own Data Protection Officer who provides guidance to make sure that your personal data is handled safely in accordance with the regulations. When you become a member, tenant or otherwise commence a customer relationship with SiA, or if you use our web forms to register for courses, answer a survey or apply for refunds, personal information about you is collected. If your child attends one of our kindergartens, we store personal data such as name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, date of birth and marital status, as well as information about family relationships, pediatric health and your child's behavior. In addition, pictures of your child are stored and a username and password are created for you as a user.

We also utilize an educational tool for mapping children's linguistic development, in which the child's name and date of birth is recorded.

If you have applied for a home with us or if you are a current tenant or applicant, personal information such as name, date of birth, address, e-mail address, telephone number, relatives' information, student ID card, school/faculty, family/name/date of birth, medical certificate for special needs, nsme of your co-tenant, as well as a comment box where you as a user can write a comment/message to SiA Bolig.

When you create a private wireless network and order TV channels as a tenant in our student housing, personal information is collected including zip code, student housing name, apartment number, e-mail address, telephone number, IP and MAC address, error messages and user names and passwords for users' wireless networks.

When you become a member of Spicheren, personal information such as name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, date of birth, gender and credit card information is processed. In addition, information such as bank account number, membership card number, Member Status (active / inactive), status on your direct debit, visitor log, invoice information, purchase history, guardian's information if you are under 18, contract type and a communication log is stored.

If you use a personal trainer, personal information such as name, gender, date of birth, e-mail address, telephone number, height, weight and desiredweight will be stored. A training program, exercise diary, user name and password is created.

If you undertake a body analysis with us, personal data such as name, gender, date of birth, e-mail address, telephone number, height, BMI, assessment of physical health and analysis of physical composition are stored. A training profile with username and password is created.

Marketing and surveys (Spicheren)
Spicheren can send you offers of products and services via email or other means. Occasionally, we conduct surveys on behalf of our partners or ourselves. The target audience for such surveys may be based on personal information, for example to improve our services or extend an offer.

You can choose to decline this on "my site". All marketing we send out in this way complies with the Marketing Act.

SiA Bok (Bookstore)
When you create a user profile in the Book app on campus, personal information such as telephone number and your place of study is stored.

When a customer relationship is created in connection with ordering or a credit card purchase, personal information such as name, e-mail address, telephone number, field of study, order history and information about whether the purchase relates to the public or private sector is also stored.

If you have a consultation with SiA Health, personal information such as name, address, telephone number, e-mail, date of birth and condition description is stored.

When you book an appointment via web form, personal information such as name, date of birth and telephone number is stored.

Family relationships, parental marital status, and contact information are stored to ensure the best possible dialogue between kindergarten and home. Pictures from and descriptions of day-to-day life are stored in order to convey to the parents what is happening in the daycare. We process information on health and behavior to be able to organize everyday life in the best possible way for the children.

Information about the co-owner, family and relatives is collected to meet the demands of the authorities in the event of an accident.

Bank account number, membership number, contract type, Member status and invoice / payment information is stored to ensure proper management of your membership.

Information about your parents is only required if you are under 18 years of age. This is because we need to ensure that your membership is being paid (direct debit).

Gender, height, weight and any weight-loss goals are data which is important to the training diary that our personal trainers will set up for you.

If you undertake a body analysis with us, we store gender, height, weight, exercise profile, body analysis data, and assessment of physical health and analysis of physical composition to compare results from earlier periods.

SiA Bok
Personalia, order history, field of study and / or reference are stored in order to send the correct invoice to the right person. The mobile application Bok (Book) on Campus stores your place of study to link you to the right student bookstore.

During consultation, a description of your condition is stored. This is done in order to be able to refer to adequate treatment and observe changes in condition over time.

When booking online, we ask you to state what you want help with. We do this to assist you in the best possible way, e.g. by giving you an appointment with a practitioner who has the relevant expertise.

In order to receive a refund from your health fund, we must know the type of health problem and what expenses you have incurred. Therefore, you need to upload a copy of receipts. We must also have your account number in order to pay any eligible refunds.

We work with Ticketmasterom to sell and distribute tickets for our events. Proper processing of your personal data is ensured through a data processor agreement between SiA and Ticketmaster. In addition, you can read their privacy statement:

To improve the content and relevance of our newsletters, we analyze data about you and how you use the newsletters.

Processing of personal data is not permitted unless there are valid grounds to do so.

As a customer, you consent to the processing of personal data. Personalia is used to fulfill the purchase agreement between customer and company. The basis for this is Article 6b of the Privacy Regulation.

The basis for processing the information used for marketing is Article 6a of the Privacy Policy. These are used after consent that the customer can renounce at any time.

We store your personal information as long as you have a customer or member relationship with us. To the extent that we have a legal obligation do so, we may store some information over an extended period, for example as a result of the obligation to keep accounting data.

If you have children in one of our kindergartens, we transfer the following information about you, your child and the other parent to the Tax Agency via Altinn: name, address and date of birth, as well as the year's paid amount for daycare.

If you do not pay one or more of the invoices you receive from us, we will, after a while, have to send the claim for collection. We then provide the name, address, e-mail address, telephone number and travel account to one of our debt collection partners.

If you rent a student accommodation from us and it is suspected that you are misusing the Internet, we will provide the IP and MAC address as well as the telephone number to UiA if the Police request the information provided. UiA then passes the information on to the Police.

Lists of who lives at which addresses, and in which apartments, are regularly sent to the Post. This is so that the mail operator knows in which mailbox the mail is to be placed.

A list of residents' names and addresses is also sent to Securitas. We do this both to maintain a good living environment and for the sake of life and health in critical events such as fire.

We do not share your personal information for commercial or marketing purposes without your consent.

We are committed to following the applicable privacy policy. These rules give you the right to:

In cases where you create your own user account, it is your responsibility to keep your login information confidential.

In order to meet the tax authorities requirements for reporting on kindergarten payments, we must process information about the child and parents' names, address and social security number, as well as annual enrolment fees for kindergarten.
