The optimal buzz

Alcohol can make you both blissful and drowsy and it’s the only drug whose effects can seem both stimulating and tiring at the same time. The stimulating remains predominant as long as your blood alcohol level is between 0.5 and 1.0.

If you keep your blood alcohol level between 0.5 and 1.0. You’ll feel mostly excited and social with a blood alcohol level between 0.5 and 1.0. This is when you’ll feel ‘the buzz’. It is easier to avoid the negative consequences, and only makeuse of the perceived benefits of alcohol, if you are able to maintain this level.

How to achieve the optimal buzz?
