SiA Housing offers a large and varied selection of student dorms in central surroundings on and around campus in both Kristiansand and Grimstad. Internet, electricity and operating services are included in the rent. Check our allocation rules for applying. With us, you will not have to pay the deposit.Welcome to us!

SiA Housing has nearly 1500 student housings located on, or near by Campus Kristiansand and Grimstad.
Kristiansand is the 5th largest city in Norway and the largest city on the south coast with a population of more than 111 000 people.
Grimstad is a town with a population of more than 24 000 located 30 minutes east of Kristiansand on the highway, and its roots can be traced back to the middle ages.
